With an array of different awards under their belt the Bayswater is the place to go for the experienced and sophisticated drinker. Its ambience is relaxed and unpretentious, yet utterly modern and chic. The cocktail bar is second to none, and is responsible for most of the awards won by the venue. The Melbourne Supper Club
Melbourne
|
This late night wine bar has long been a favorite of both Melburnians and visitors alike. The exhaustive wine list, boutique beers and acclaimed cocktails are only a few reasons why this bar was named one of the top 20 in the world. The surroundings are cosy, all understated elegance and battered charm. The food is divine, and best of all, when you're struck with a craving for Peking duck pancakes and a $4050 bottle of Dom Perignon, at 4am this is place to go, as it's open till 6am.
